I found the message from Bob:

I always hesitate before I give any advice to anyone because all I have to go on is the experience of my life, plus, of course, what I have learned from the GWB but I will say this,  if you are in the middle of a chaotic situation, always try to remember that, as you advance spiritually, so the world you create must advance for the better.

In order to build anything new, you must first destroy the old.

So, what you are experiencing is in no way negative.  It is the inevitable result of your higher self changing your life and getting rid of the old to make way for the new.
It is the same idea as emptying a glass full of dirty water before filling it with clean, pure water.
Or, tearing down a decrepit building before building a lovely new one in its place.

So, what I suggest is, as the GWB say; concentrate on you advancing as much as you can with the spiritual aspects of your life (without going overboard with it all) and watch the old fade away and be replaced with shining new.  Then every aspect of your life will fall into place.
The old, possibly wrong path you might have been walking down before you got on the spiritual path has to be changed into a smooth highway and roadworks cause chaos!  LOL.
The roadworks will get rid of the bumpy track and replace it with a smooth path towards perfection.
We need patience and assurance that our higher self is guiding us, as are the GWB.

So, we do our best to do our job which is to advance spiritually and leave the rest in God’s hands.  He knows what we need and will ensure that we get it in spades (if that is the expression).
