The Truth About Protein

You do not need to worry about consuming protein.
Unfortunately, the information about needing to consume protein is a lie. There is no need to consume protein.

Think of it this way, when you go to see the doctor is one of the tests they perform on you to measure the amount of protein you have to see if you have a protein deficiency?

No, there isn’t.

Also, I am not sure where you live but where I live, if you look at the nutritional labels of food is there a daily percent value for the amount of protein listed on the label?

No, there isn’t.

Now, why would that be?
All other major categories have a percent daily value.

So, unfortunately there has been a lie about protein for a very long time that has penetrated into all areas of our lives.
The main issue with eating meat (muscle) is that you are killing a conscious life that is every bit as aware of life as you are and they certainly don’t want to be killed just so you can eat them for no reason at all.
Animals and insects and any other being that is consumed for its precious protein are as alive and conscious as you are.

The issue with eating animal (or insect) by-products like eggs or dairy, is that you are stealing those by-products from the animals.
They did not produce those by-products for human consumption.
They were created for producing offspring or the food of that offspring.
Don’t you think (for milk) that it is a bit strange that we are encouraged to consume milk from animals when we are either discouraged from consuming our mothers breast milk and/or, we are weaned off of our mothers milk at a young age… but then almost immediately put on animal milk????

Does this make any sense?

All animals that use milk for their babies, wean their offspring early and then the offspring get onto the food that they will be eating for the rest of their lives.
Yet, humans, which are supposed to be the pinnacle of God’s creations, continue to consume milk???
For the need of calcium of course…
Yet, milk is one of the most mucus forming foods for humans after they should be weaned off of it.
Humans can consume calcium through other vegan foods and do not require milk.
I could go on about milk but I will stop here.

It is really about the intention to want an animal killed to consume its meat, when there is no reason for it.
In absolute truth, we should not eat plants or its fruit, as it is also alive but plants and fruit are not very conscious and therefore there is less impact from killing plants or their fruit.

Now, I understand that there are some people that need to consume animals to function. This is likely because of their level of spirituality and I assume that it would be rather low.

Lastly, converting from consuming animals to becoming fully vegan needs to be done carefully so as to not cause issues.
Some people become very dependent on the meat and if they stop completely and switch to full vegan, they will have problems and blame it on a vegan diet not being sufficient in vitamins, minerals or energy.

This is simply not true.

There is nothing lacking in a proper vegan diet.
You can eat a terrible vegan diet just like you can eat a terrible non-vegan diet.
You still need to consume proper vegan food with lots of fruits and vegetable and also nuts or pulses but in my opinion, those are less needed than the fruits and vegetables.

Likely everyone will feel tired and in a daze when they convert to veganism too quickly.
You need to give your body time to adjust and for the change in frequency that your body is experiencing to catch up and match with the frequency experienced with the spiritual aspects of you.

So, here is the truth about protein.

What is protein?
It is a structure.

What is it a structure of?
Amino acids.

So, what is it that our bodies need?
Amino acids.

Where can we find amino acids in food?
In all fruits and vegetables, nuts and pulses.

The amino acids in fruits and vegetables are easier to digest than to convert meat back into amino acids.
Protein structures – meat – are densely made amino acid structures that your body requires a lot of chemical processes to break down into useable amino acids.
All the chemical processes used to break down the meat are not kind to the body and the body has to eliminate much of the waste and that is what causes many of the dis-ease in our bodies – having to eliminate the waste when our bodies already are compromised with weak genetics.

So, I will stop here because I could go on about the misinformation about the need for protein.

A vegan diet is all that most people need but one must transition away from a meat-eating diet carefully to avoid problems during the transition.
It is possible, I have been vegan for over 9 years now and I am 55 years old. So, I was a meat eater for a long time and I was able to make the transition. It took a little time to convert fully from meat eater to vegetarian to vegan but obviously, it is possible.
