Sending light and love to a hospital is also very, very important.
At times, a hospital is not a loving place. It can be a place of despair, which is truly sad.
Hospitals need that light and love equally as the homeless or even prisons or mental institutions.
So, send the light and the love where you think it is needed most. It can also just be sent out without any destination, and the angels will know what to do with it.

You know, something hit me a few weeks ago that goes to show you that I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer LOL!!!
It should have been so very obvious, but because I had no prior knowledge of any spirituality.
I was not raised religious.
I went to regular public school.
I ultimately became atheist.

My life was not so different than the guy who we just watched on an NDE YouTube video who went to hell and was basically where a devout atheist would end up in hell, rejecting God.
Thankfully one day I accepted that there was a powerful being that existed to create everything. I didn’t call it God and would not have called it God because I still did not accept the religious version of God, but I accepted that there was something.
That is all that is needed, to accept that there is something.

So, when I read about the Higher Self in the GWB books and tried to understand what the heck a Higher Self was… I could not get it.
I listened to other peoples description of what it meant and I asked Bob many times to try and explain it some more because although I could not wrap my mind around this concept of a higher self, and that it was our personal aspect of God and that there is only really one higher self for all to share and the higher self is on the 5th dimension which is also where the Akashic Record is and that the higher self and the akashic record is basically the same thing… it was making me more and more confused…
Why I could not understand what a higher self was… the name should have hit me in the face like a hammer…
Higher Self… self… self is me… higher self is me…
Why could I not get that before!

Suddenly one day a few weeks ago, it became crystal clear to me that the higher self… duh! Is my higher, self!!!!!
It isn’t complicated, but I couldn’t accept that it is that simple.

The higher self is… your higher, self.

So, when that guy said that “Jesus” told him that he knew all about him and that he knew every single one of his thoughts… well, who would know about you better than anyone?
Your higher, self. You, but a higher version of you, spiritually speaking of course.

Jesus would not likely know you better than you know yourself. Even as advanced as Jesus is, I don’t think that he is all that interested in knowing the thoughts of every single living human… that would be extremely uninteresting but who would know all about you and be very interested in you and be your best friend and love you more than anything else???

A higher version of you, your higher, self.

So, it makes perfect sense now when I read the books or watch other NDE videos when the person says they met this person, this guide who knew all about them and loved them and they felt so much love from them… well, that is because it is you that somehow can be separate from you, or it seems like it, and allow you to have an experience that it does not get involved with until you ask for it to help you or learn to make contact with and then ultimately, you meet this other higher self/version of you when you die.

It is so difficult to describe the perfect clarity of mind that I have about that topic – higher self.
It should have been clear to me all along, but I am not the smartest and I have no prior concept of any spirituality or religion, so I had no context to understand and I also thought that it had to be this complicated thing and how can there only be one higher self for all yet the higher self is my personal aspect of God.
It’s not complicated at all and the words used are purposely simple to try and help us understand.

Another way to look at it, which I came to realize about consciousness quite a while ago, is that there is also only one consciousness for everyone.
The GWB explained it that because of our unique frequency, only the part of consciousness that applied to us was accessible to us.
Again, that was very difficult for me to accept because how can there be only one consciousness for all, yet we all access it and we are all different.
Well, frequency is the key word.

There is only one consciousness for all, I am absolutely certain of that.
Why?
Because there are so many people that think very similar thoughts, yet they are all separate and different people.

How can they have similar thoughts?
That’s because there is only one consciousness and people who are similar will be accessing the same level of consciousness and would pick up on the same thoughts about things.
Then, other people who do not think the same as that first group, would access a different level of consciousness but there is only one consciousness for all, as there is only one imagination for all and it works by the same principle.

So, there is only one God – higher self and, as everything in creation works the same way, it has to be that the higher self works the same way as consciousness and imagination.
That your experience with higher self is based on your frequency and what part of higher self that you can access and groups of people that are very similar in frequency would all access a similar part of the higher self and would experience the same things or very similar.

The part that makes the higher self more complex than imagination or consciousness is that when we meet our higher self as we move up in frequency, we see that higher self as a person.
Which then makes it seem like there are separate higher selves for every living being.

So, to me, it is extremely important to try and meet this higher self version of me. To try and make contact to allow this higher self version to help me because it is obvious from NDE videos that this higher self version of us can help us, is very willing and wanting and interested in helping us and wishes that we would allow it to help us.

Meditation is the key to developing that connection properly and safely.
