This section/lesson includes previously omitted information from the book – The Stairway To Freedom. The omitted information was from Chapter 6 – Diet For Health & Spirituality.
The reason that the information was omitted from the official publication of the book was do to the author’s concern that the information was not complete – and it is not – so it was decided to leave that information out of the book until a future date when the information could be more complete, however, it is still good information in a general sense and should only be used as a guide as the list of foods certainly does not include a complete list of available foods all over the earth and that is available for purchase online or at local markets.
At the time of writing the original book, there was no internet and all of the foods listed were researched from cookbooks and libraries and because of the region where the book was authored, only the foods known to the author or found through research where considered.
So, please consider that the list for each Zodiac sign is incomplete but you can incorporate these foods into your diet and any food not listed you can test out on yourself and if your mind, body and soul does not resonate with it, you should not include in your daily diet.
Of course, this list is for a whole food vegan or plant based diet, no animal products or by-products nor any processed foods are included or recommended.
