Creating Alternative Realities

I wrote to someone in an answer to a question about space/time and changing our reality.

Here it is:

If I decide to get up from the room that I am in and go into a different room, I do so but, it is “filmed” in billions of still frames, following one after another, just like a film.

However, the question is, what decides me to move in the film?
This, I believe is consciousness.
I make the conscious decision to go from one room to another and so, in this holographic world we live in, this endless film we are making, I do so.
The “camera” that is capturing the film, merely records it but doesn’t play any part in what decisions I make. It is my consciousness that creates the scenario of what I do.

That is why time/space is a sort of illusion. It is real in one sense, but it is only a record of events taking place in my consciousness.
The same, obviously, applies to all people.

We are all actors in our own film. The director of the film is our individual consciousness and we (our bodies) are the actors. Also, we all have our own camera, taking billions of snapshots of the film we are individually creating and that camera records our individual little film.

Now, where it gets difficult to comprehend is that time and space do not really exist. We are creating the scenery and the event unfolding as we go, frame by frame.
So we actually all live in a sort of vacuum, a bubble that we create billions of times a second where the only thing that is real to us is that bubble of reality in each microsecond, changing so fast that it seems like a smooth film to us. The previous microsecond (frame) and the following no longer exist, except the previous one remains as a record of what happened and the following one is just a potential of what might happen.

To go on with what you said, if it is true that, with our consciousness, we create this bubble of what appears to be “reality”, and we are creating it billions of times a second, it should be possible for us to change the scene and move to a completely different reality, just as in a film, the director moves the actors from scene to scene.
As we are the directors of our film, there is nothing stopping us from saying to ourselves, ‘OK, this scene is finished, so let’s move on to a different scene’, and so that new scene is created and the actors (us) act a new part in this new scene.

However, as you know, doing it in this “reality” is not that easy. Something seems to keep us stuck in this one scene.

I believe that the clue to creating new scenes is to rise above the limitations of our consciousness and move to a higher “dimension” so that our consciousness is more powerful and can alter the holographic scene more easily.
This can be done through meditation.

My guides have said that the higher in the dimensions they operate, the more it is easy to manipulate matter.
As even time/space can be considered to be “matter”, it follows that the higher we can move to, the more easily we can manipulate apparent reality.
Now, we can’t rise to the eighth dimension but we can certainly rise to the fourth. From that vantage point, we can alter the third dimension.

This, I believe, is the secret of creating alternative realities.
