I won’t bother you with the whole meditation, but I will tell you about one part and wonder if you have had or have the same or similar experiences when you meditate.
I was deep into the meditation and feeling some very strong sensations when all of a sudden this wave of feeling or energy came over me starting at my feet and went right through my entire body to my head – and I assume out the top of my head. It was a very strong sensation that just came over me like a wave or swooping feeling and was a rush right through me from my feet to the top of my head.
As soon as it was happening and I felt this wave coming over me, I wondered if I was leaving my body and I just waited. It was pretty fast and I just waited to see what happened, but as far as I could tell, nothing was happening. I didn’t feel like I had left my body, as far as I could tell I was still in my body with my eyes closed meditating. I honestly thought at one point as this wave was sweeping through me – ok, this is it, here I go! And then nothing.
I continued to meditate, and things felt very strong and it still felt like I was connected to the spirit world, but I didn’t see anything or felt like I had left my body.
So, if you could enquire with the GWB just what this sweeping wave that went through me that I experienced – or if you have had any experience with it, I would love to get your thoughts.

This was a new one on me. I have never heard of it before.
Here is what the Great White Brotherhood said:
This feeling was simply a wave of spiritual energy that was projected to Guy to help energize his etheric body to enable us to communicate with him more effectively.
There is nothing for him to worry about.
We may repeat this from time to time if we feel it necessary.
It is a positive wave and simply vitalizes his etheric body which is still somewhat dormant – or was – thus acting as a partial barrier to progress.
We will see how his etheric double reacts to the energy wave.
Guy needs to do nothing.
We will take care of the whole process.
