EBE 3 is a construct of the greys and, as you know, is not actually a true living being.
It was overshadowed by other beings from the interdimensional areas we recently mentioned.
So, when questioned, it was using a box to translate its thoughts – or rather the thoughts of its masters – into words.
It spoke great truth, truth that we have only recently started to reveal now. These truths would not have been comprehensible to the military in the 1950’s.
The mouth movements were part of the creature’s attempt to formulate thoughts in a way comprehensible to us.
The only lies it told was to mention (a) that it had traveled a long distance to come here and (b) that it came from our future.
We will also say that what EBE 3 said about nuclear destruction was true at that time but we are on another timeline now.
