With regard to the area (of the etheric) where people seemed to be all talking at once.
This is, once again, an area of the etheric, this time where people’s thoughts amass.
The thoughts of every person, whether spoken or not go into an area where they float around for a period of time before fading, to be replaced by other thoughts.
So there is an incredible jumble of etheric voices that someone who goes into that area hears.
