The galaxy is made of vibrations, of frequencies, as is everything else.
This being so, as the “body” of the galaxy shifts, which it does from time to time as it grows and expands, bursts of energy are put forth.
These bursts of energy – the equivalent of energy that any creature uses when it it does something – are produced over a wide variety of frequencies including radio.
As these scientists are only monitoring radio frequencies, naturally, they observe just radio signals.
If they were to monitor all the different frequencies they would get a similar result.
Should science be able to monitor frequencies produced by any object; animal, vegetable or mineral, as it moves, they would observe a similar effect.
These radio signals are just the result of the energy used when a galaxy, being a living being, moves.
