Someone asked me about being able to communicate telepathically with someone who does not speak one’s language.
I did not know the answer, so I asked the GWB.
Here is their reply.
Telepathy works on different levels of the mind.
At its basic level, which is what most people would learn, the telepathic information has to be received in the language of the recipient. That is to say that, for instance, if your mother tongue was English, the person speaking to you would have to transmit their message in English or you would not be able to receive it.
However, it is possible for telepathy to be received by a different organ than the mind, in which case the sender could send their message in any language and you would understand it in your mother tongue.
Equally, if the other person also had this deep command of telepathy, you could send a message in your mother tongue and they would hear it in their mother tongue.
