Lots of people have difficulty meditating.
I also have that problem and so I asked the main person that speaks to me what goes on in heaven concerning meditation.
He said that all of the members of the Great White Brotherhood meditate, with the exception of Archangels, who are in a permanent state of meditation and so don’t need to.
He also said that even they have difficulty meditating sometimes, just as we do, but we should not worry about it and just take each meditation as it comes.
I might have already mentioned this but I had a strange experience recently, when I was meditating and suddenly an extremely powerful guide turned up to speak to me.
We chatted about various subjects for a number of minutes but, when he left and I came out of the meditation, I felt completely drained.
I asked my main guide why this was and he told me that this new guide, being so powerful, had pushed my aura aside and filled me with his aura.
When he left, I remained without that aura for some time, until it reformed and I came back to normal.
But, during the time that I was without my aura, I felt completely disorientated rather as one feels after a long and trying day at work and one arrives home completely drained.
I am sure that most of you know the feeling!
After a few minutes, of course, my aura reformed and I felt my usual self again.
I thought it was strange that an advanced guide can be so powerful that they can push my aura aside and use theirs for both of us.
But, whilst he was with me, and surrounded me with his aura, I could feel very much as he must feel. It was a wonderful feeling of love, peacefulness, total confidence and so on.
This, I suppose, is the state that we will all reach one day. But for the moment we must just do the best we can.
