The context of this message is that it was an email between Bob and I (Guy) and we were discussing an experience that I had in a dream and Bob asked the GWB about my experience and this was part of their reply that I believe is relevant and worthy of sharing with others who may have had a similar experience where they met someone or had a dream about someone that seemed very real.
What this was related to, was that I had just read a chapter from one of the books about the imagination plane and I wished to experience what was written in the chapter. I cannot remember now what that was but that night when I went to sleep, I had a very unique experience that I would not have related to my wish from reading the chapter unless the GWB explained it to Bob in a way that I was able to understand the link between what I read and wished for and what I experienced.
I asked the Great White Brotherhood what dreams are about, here is their answer.
Dreams are a state of mind that varies with the person and his reactions to recent events.
There is no actual dream plane but there is an area of imagination that is used to create dreams.
Now, we must always remember, that imagination is a volatile emotion and, as we dream, so our imagination can interfere with the dream and create all sorts of scenarios, as it is always active.
However, as imagination is part of the sixth plane of spirituality, there can be interaction between the dreamer and another person, as we all share these high dimensions.
Thus, your friend (Guy) did encounter an aspect of you (Bob) that you may not have been aware of but was a real part of your spiritual make up.
This non-physicality, if we may use that term, was the reason that you were not able to speak to him.
For context, in my dream, Bob was trying to speak to me but it just came across as mumbling and grunts and was not understandable except through body language and emotions.
He, your friend, observed just one part of the totality that needs to come together to make you visible to him and so your friend first contacted an aspect of you in the imagination plane and then used his imagination to fill in the rest so that he could observe what looked to him like you.
But he did encounter the logos of you so, in a way, you did both meet.
