To address your question about “Karma”.
Actually, I don’t like that word, as it is connected to reincarnation and being reborn in terrible circumstances for the least error in this life.
That is utter BS.
However, to answer your question.
If, as you go through life, you, from time to time, remember things that you did that you now realise that you should not have done, providing you feel remorse and resolve never to repeat those mistakes, you forgive yourself.
If, however, there are things that you did that you have forgotten about, all is not lost, as you will, when your incarnation ends, have your life review.
There you will relive every moment of your incarnation, including the bad things that you had forgotten about.
During this life review, you will have the opportunity to feel remorse and thus you will forgive yourself.
So, it works out much the same.
Do what you can to forgive yourself for the bad things that you have done that you remember now and leave the rest until your life review.
When you think about it, time is an illusion so it matters not that you forgive yourself now or when you have your life review.
