The Akashic Record is called a living library and contains a record of all events, by all things, over all time.
But the Akashic Record only contains the records of physical events that occurred to physical people, unless the people go into the Etheric or Astral Realms, in which case a person’s personal file would contain a record of those experiences.
As the future is not physical, the Akashic Record does not deal with that, with the exception of the personal experiences of anyone who might travel to the future.
But, in general terms, the Akashic Record does not contain any record of future non-physical events.
As and when time moves on and people start to experience that future as “now”, through physical people, of course, a record is created.
