The Atacama Skeleton is one of a number of skeletons some of which have been found and some still to be found (either on land or in collections – Bob).
They are the remains of reptilian creatures that normally live underground.
There are a number of different types of reptilians just as there are many types of humans.
These are “children” that decided to explore the surface and came to a sticky end due to getting lost and dying from exposure. Some die from other causes but exposure is the predominant one.
Reptilians have a certain connection to humans thus they have a small amount of human DNA.
The secret government have samples of reptilian DNA which they do not include in the gene pool information.
If all the reptilian children found were all DNA tested they would be found to be similar but different just as different types of humans are similar but different.
