Questions:
Recently, I was listening to a video, about the moon, from years back.
Bob was explaining it (the moon) standing still for 3 days. I think you know the one.
In this video he mentions that he spoke with his guides about this happening. He explained one side of the moon, which we only see, and the other side of the moon as a “dumbing down machine”.
He explained that other planets come into existence with humans populating them.
Now, it is my understanding, from his past teaching, that we humans incarnate are the only humans inhabiting on a planet. I feel like there’s a contradiction with what he is saying, that there are other planets that humans inhabit.
Also, Bob taught that the moon is inhabited by reptilians and they control the moon.
Is this so?
Do they have access to this dumbing down machine?

Answer:
Now, first and foremost, the only planet that has life naturally on its surface is planet Earth.
This is done so that life is easier to control by Archangels than if it was spread all over the galaxy.
However, Earth is not a prison and people who have the skill can go to other planets, if they want. Generally, they only go to the etheric or astral realms, as most planets do not have oxygen, etc. But, if they incarnate, they come here to planet Earth.
Now, regarding the moon.
The moon is ‘owned’ by reptilians.
However, there are what we might call angelic beings that control the ‘dumbing down machine’.
The reptilians cannot interfere with these angels.
