Thoughts are universal and are not recorded in the Akashic Record in any language. They are recorded as thoughts and when we link with the Akashic Record, we can read the thoughts in our preferred language.
On the subject of aliens, their thoughts are also recorded in the Akashic Record but, sometimes, their thoughts are so advanced compared to ours that we have difficulty in comprehending.
Compare a young maths student to the type of maths an advanced professor of maths would think about. It is similar.
