When you get to the bottom, the only way is up.

Now, I have to tell you something that is happening that is very important to all spiritual people.

It is called ascension. That is not a very good name for what is occurring. It is much more than that.

You are not the only one that is going through this crises in their lives. There are millions and quite a number of these people contact me with a similar story to yours.

Please let me explain exactly what is going on and how it affects you.

You may remember the end of 2012 when the Mayan calendar came to an end and nothing happened. In fact a lot happened.

From that moment on, a great change started. Spiritual energy started to pour into Earth from a number of sources. This energy is increasing every day.

It will change everything eventually for the better.

I will explain it like this as it affects you.

Imagine you have a glass full of dirty water – you are thirsty.

In order to drink water you need to empty the glass of dirty water before you can fill it full of pure water.

This is what is happening in your life.

Your higher self is pushing you to get rid of all your old, possibly, ego driven ways before it can fill you full of the God spirit.

Your job is to go along with that cleansing, accept it for what it is, a cleansing, and allow it to happen while, at the same time, trying to become the best, kindest person you can.

The information I gave you about following what pleases you, if you follow it and make sure that what you do harms no one, will help fill you with spiritual power and make you a happy person.

Meditation helps but if you feel that you cannot do that, it doesn’t matter.

Your job, each and every day is to go through life like this: “Never do to others that which you would not like done to you.”

If you go through life like this, helping others when they need your help and thanking God for His blessings plus doing this highest joy idea – which comes from your higher self – you will rapidly empty yourself of the dirty water and God will fill you with His spirit.

Then, and only then, do you have control of your life.

As God is total power, total control, you will start to develop that and can bring good things towards you by the law of mutual attraction.

Make sure that what you draw towards you helps others and it will help you also – we are all one.

The trick that I use when I am faced with a decision is I say:   ‘What would Jesus have done in this situation?’

Then I wait for the decision to come to me and I follow it. The decision comes from my higher self.

So, this lost feeling is you emptying the old out before it can be replaced with the new.

Be happy. Follow this advice and your life will soon change for the better as the God spirit fills you with His power.
